Wonder Wheel Travel does not charge any additional fees for booking or canceling a cruise reservation.
Booking, payment, and cancellation are carried out in accordance with the rules of each specific cruise. You will receive information about these rules when placing your booking.

Provided that full payment has been made, the participant has the right to:
• Transfer 75% of the tour cost to another tour within one calendar year from the start date of the canceled tour
• Cancel participation with a 50% deduction from the tour cost.

Provided that full payment has been made, the participant has the right to:
• Transfer 25% of the tour cost to another tour within one calendar year from the start date of the canceled tour
• Cancel participation with a 100% deduction from the tour cost.

If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the tour, the payment is NOT refundable and NO transfer is possible.

IMPORTANT! If the participant finds a replacement for the tour, a full refund is issued regardless of how many days remain before the trip.

If the trip is canceled by Wonder Wheel Travel for any reason other than force majeure, participants are entitled to a 100% refund of the tour payment.

If the trip is canceled by Wonder Wheel Travel due to force majeure, participants are entitled to transfer up to 75% of the tour payment to any other tour offered by the company.

Additional expenses — flights, insurance, visas, emotional distress, and any other costs the participant attributes to the tour — are NOT reimbursable. To cover such expenses, we recommend purchasing insurance.

Flight delays and cancellations happen. Wonder Wheel Travel is not responsible for any additional expenses related to your journey to the tour's starting point. We are also unable to issue a refund or transfer you to another tour if you do not arrive on time. We recommend purchasing flight insurance from your airline or full travel insurance. This will help you avoid losing money.

By subscribing to Wonder Wheel Travel trips, you get a 7% discount on all tours. The monthly contribution is $20.
You can use your contributions toward payment for any tour within a calendar year. It works as a monthly deposit toward a future trip. For example, over 4 months you paid $80 and decided to go on a trip costing $150. You let us know, we automatically book your spot, and the remaining payment will be $150 − 7% (discount) − $80 (contributions) = $59.

When purchasing two spots, a 4% discount applies. Then +1% is added for each additional spot!
For example, if three of you are traveling, the discount is 4+1 = 5%. Four people — 6%. The maximum discount when booking all spots in a group is 10%.

Everyone 50+ gets a 5% discount on trips to Uzbekistan and Texas. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

Special pricing applies for parents with children under 14. Ask us for details!
